Bolide Particleboard Sound-absorbing Panel
Bolide Particleboard Sound-absorbing Panel is a new type of green decorative material that is made from natural sand particles or environmentally treated solid waste particles to replace fiber-based acoustic decoration materials. It uniformly and thinly covers the surface of all particles with a cementitious adhesive to form coated particles with specific angular coefficients. The cementitious material ensures that the particle product contains no harmful volatile substances, making it an environmentally friendly acoustic material.

Principle and Key Features
-
Under the action of these particles, the coating layer solidifies, causing the tiny particles to aggregate together as if they were welded. Naturally, a large number of irregular, interconnected nanoscale pores form between the particles. When sound waves impact the surface of the material, some of them are reflected back, and some pass through the nanoscale pores, causing the sound energy to gradually dissipate as heat, achieving the function of sound absorption and noise reduction. In general, the Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) can reach 0.7~0.9.

By adjusting the pore size, board thickness, and the size of the cavity behind the board based on the principles of multi-porous materials and micro-pore resonance sound absorption, it is possible to achieve adjustable frequency characteristics to meet the sound absorption design requirements for different frequency ranges. In this process, both the particle size distribution and the aggregation method can be precisely controlled, determining the size and arrangement of internal pores. Therefore, it is possible to customize and produce sound-absorbing products with different acoustic characteristics according to actual needs. Products produced using this process have a strength of up to 0.7 MPa, are moisture-resistant, freeze-resistant, resistant to acid and alkali, corrosion-resistant, and aging-resistant. Moreover, the process is environmentally friendly.
