Bolide Matrix Muffler

Bolide Matrix Muffler is a type of ducted sound-absorbing body arranged parallel to the airflow direction along the axis of the duct and fixed to the support bracket. It is installed at the ventilation outlet as a noise reduction structure, achieving a noise reduction level of up to 30dB(A). Bolide has optimized traditional noise reduction panel structures by employing matrix-type noise reduction modules. Compared to traditional structures, matrix muffler offer superior noise reduction performance with lower airflow pressure loss. They are also easy to transport and install, thanks to their integrated steel structure.

Key Features

  • Modular product series with integrated structural support, facilitating transportation, handling, and on-site installation, while accommodating variations in width and height dimensions at the installation location.

  • Suitable for both horizontal and vertical ducts, as well as direct connection to large fans. Particularly well-suited for large ventilation tunnels or super high openings.

  • Provides outstanding acoustic performance, minimizing regenerated noise and ensuring minimal airflow pressure loss.

  • Offers acoustic simulation calculations and a variety of selection options based on installation conditions, noise reduction requirements, sound source spectrum characteristics, airflow resistance, and other factors, providing multiple product choices.

Applications

  • Applied in high-capacity environments, including gas turbines, aviation engine testing facilities, mining operations, tunnels, subway systems, and building ventilation systems. Also employed to reduce noise in the intake and exhaust airflow of large-scale electromechanical equipment such as cooling towers and air-cooled units.
